How will I determine the status of my withdrawal?
You can check the status in real time inside your WinRolla account. Go to ‘Transaction History’ or the ‘Cashier’ section. Each withdrawal will indicate a status like ‘Pending’, ‘Approved’, ‘Processed’, or ‘Completed’. We also provide you email updates at each major stage of the process.
