Will you process payouts on weekends and holidays?
Our internal security and approval teams work every day of the year, weekends and public holidays inclusive. But after we send the money, some payment methods are tied to other institutions. Bank transfers, for example, depend on banks that only operate on business days. So a request sent on a Friday might not move until Monday.
