Comparing App vs. Desktop Live Chat Efficiency
Since so many of us in Canada play on our phones, I decided to evaluate the Wazamba mobile app to the desktop site. The good news is the support experience was nearly the same in speed and quality. The chat window on the app is a little simpler but it does all the desktop version does. Connection times were a touch faster on the app during my evening tests, maybe because fewer people use it then. The best part is the same group of agents seemed to handle both channels. It didn’t matter if I was on my laptop in Vancouver or my phone on the Toronto subway. The experience was consistently quick and smooth. For a casino that centers on mobile play, this is a major benefit.
