Mobile Experience and Platform Stability
I used my phone often. The mobile website functioned perfectly, so I never thought I wanted a separate app. Games ran just fine on my smartphone, and all the features were there. The site adjusted to fit the smaller screen without any trouble, and the touch controls were reactive. Most importantly, the site never went down on me. I could gamble whenever I had a free time without any problems.
