For a direct chat and immediate guidance, telephone helplines are a fantastic resource. In Canada, you can call ConnexOntario. They deliver free, confidential information about services for gambling, alcohol, and drug issues, 24 hours a day. Provinces have their own services also, like the BC Responsible & Problem Gambling Program in British Columbia, or the responsible gambling resources from the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission. We work to keep our resource lists current and we’re happy to direct you to these support networks. Your health matters more than anything else.
