Tournament pages listed start and end times in AEST. Ongoing competitions had live countdown timers, so everyone competing was on the same page. Time limits were firm, but at least they were predictable. I noticed that once a tournament ended, the results and prize credits were processed fast. Every update in my history included a local timestamp, so I could monitor everything easily.
