Every offer I saw used my local time. Timers for offer expiries showed the time left per my chosen timezone. Their “Daily Deals” updated at my midnight, not some random GMT hour. Weekly bonus renewals and flash sales used the same local schedule. This allowed I could plan my play without worrying about the clock, which is a relief.
