I also changed my goal. I stopped “trying to win big” and focused on “getting the job done”. My primary objective was clearing the bonus. Any additional gain would be a nice bonus. This removed much of the emotional pressure from every spin. I switched between different games within my approved 100% list. Changing the themes and mechanics offered enough change to maintain my focus over the extended period. It made the whole thing seem less like a dull routine and more like a project with a clear end point.
