The Mental Struggle: Holding the Line
The middle part of fulfilling wagering conditions is a true test of will. The initial excitement of the bonus money fades away, and the number you still have to wager can seem enormous. I experienced this firsthand during long stretches of break-even play. My balance stayed relatively still, but the wagering counter kept ticking up. To combat the exhaustion, I made myself take regular breaks. Pausing after a scheduled interval, or after a major win or loss, allowed me to remain focused. It prevented me from playing mindlessly, which ruins any approach.
