Identifying the Session Timeout Settings
To access the specific timer, I went to my account dashboard. I selected my profile icon up in the corner and selected ‘Account Details’ or something similar. Inside that menu, a tab labeled ‘Security’ or ‘Preferences’ is where the session controls are located. Gransino’s layout made this quite clear. I didn’t have to search for a help article or contact support. The setting itself was presented simply, usually with a dropdown menu to choose how many minutes of inactivity would trigger a logout. I like this transparency. It offers players authority and understanding over an important safety feature, which builds trust right from the start.
