VIP Program and Loyalty Mechanics
We analysed the loyalty structure by monitoring point accumulation across various game types. The comp point system offers one point per AUD 10 wagered on slots and one point per AUD 25 wagered on table games. Points convert to bonus cash at 100 points to AUD 1, yielding an effective return rate of 0.1% on slots and 0.04% on table games. That’s not best-in-class, but the points supplement rather than substitute for the tangible benefits of the VIP tiers.
