Basic vs. Heavy Slots
Standard three-reel slots with simple paytables opened almost instantly, even at 2 Mbps. I frequently launched fruit machines, and the total time from lobby click to first spin was just over three seconds. In contrast, branded video slots loaded with animated cutscenes and bonus wheels needed closer to nine seconds to become fully responsive. However, Rocket Riches Casino seems to optimize those larger games in a better way than some competitors. The reels were functional while background cinematics still played, so I never found myself locked out waiting for a trailer to finish buffering before placing a bet.
