If the problem persists, reach out to Alles Spitze’s customer support. When you reach out about a data export issue, prepare your details. Provide them with the date range you selected, the data types you selected, and any error message you received. As a UK licensed operator, Alles Spitze is obligated to provide you access to your data. Their support team should help you with the process or log any technical fault to their developers to be resolved.
