2-Step Authentication for Profiles
Login credentials may not be adequate. To truly secure account access, we supply and highly recommend Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This adds a critical second step when you log in. After inputting your password, you verify your identity on a separate device. Commonly, you’ll enter a single-use, one-time code transmitted by SMS or produced in an authenticator app. So even if someone obtained your login details, they would not be able to get into your account unless they also had your phone. We view 2FA as among the most powerful defenses against account theft, and we advise every player to enable it.
