Proof of Identity (POI)
You need a photo ID from the government to prove you are who you say you are. A passport is the top standard because it’s accepted everywhere. Your New Zealand driver’s licence or a Kiwi Access Card works just as well. The photo must clearly show your full name, your date of birth, your picture, the document’s dates, and your signature. Check the lighting so nothing is washed out or in shadow.
