Detected Inconsistencies and Problematic Phrases
Even with those advantages, our translator flagged several irregularities. The most frequent issue was the sporadic use of American English spelling next to UK English. For example, “color” popped up in one spot while “colour” was utilized in another. More troubling were some unwieldy sentences in the Bonus Terms. The explanation for calculating wagering requirements was occasionally more complicated than it needed to be. One clause about game contributions was described by our translator as “potentially misleading due to its syntactic ambiguity.” Also, some reviewed customer support auto-replies contained phrases that appeared a little forced for a UK audience. They were without the smooth rhythm of native service dialogue. These flaws are not disastrous, but they chip away at a player’s sense of reliability.
