Normally, you may not. When you take a bonus, your deposit and the bonus funds are usually combined into a special balance. They stay locked together until you either satisfy the wagering or choose to cancel the bonus. To get just your deposit back, you would typically have to ask customer support to forfeit the bonus. Doing this will also remove any winnings from that bonus.
