What is the difference a cooling-off period and self-exclusion?
A cooling-off period is a brief, limited pause. It can extend from 24 hours to nearly a month. Self-exclusion is for a more extended, significant withdrawal. It lasts a full six months and fully deactivates your account. In both cases, you’ll be logged out and cannot access your account until the time you chose is up.
