We like that the documents aren’t buried behind a single vague “Legal” link; each has its own access point. The privacy policy details data collection practices that correspond reasonably well with Canadian expectations, though we’d like to see a direct mention of PIPEDA or a pledge on Canadian data sovereignty. The terms are comprehensive but heavy; a “Plain English Summary” next to key clauses would make a real difference for average users. The footer also includes a “Last Updated” date on these documents, a signal of active upkeep and legal attention. That’s a detail we always watch for.
