Our Evaluation Process: A Careful Strategy
We tested methodically, with no leniency. We replicated frequent issues: unreliable networks, browser freezes, and unintentionally shutting a tab in the middle of a hand. We wrote down every step of the recovery process for every scenario. We also verified how fast and useful the alternative support choices were when the central chat queue was occupied, and we confirmed transaction logs were sufficiently clear to resolve any arguments.
