They do. To keep the programme active and equitable for all members, loyalty points are removed after a time of no account activity. The specific timeframe is listed in the programme’s terms and conditions. Normally, points will be lost if you have no real-money play for multiple months straight. But if you stay active as a player, your points continue to accumulate and will remain. We also send email warnings if your points are approaching their end date. This offers enough time to redeem them or return to a game to maintain their validity and security.
