Resolving Common Installation Issues
Sometimes things don’t go as expected. Most issues are easy to solve. Android users often see an “Install blocked” message. This typically means you didn’t turn on ‘Install unknown apps’ for your specific browser. Go back to Settings and confirm. If the download keeps failing, switch from mobile data to a Wi-Fi connection. For iPhone users, if the app won’t launch after installing, you probably missed the trust step. Go back to Settings > General > Device Management and make sure you authorized the profile. If you’re still stuck, try clearing your browser cache (on Android) or restarting your phone. This eliminates temporary glitches.
