Reward Systems and Tier Systems
Clan reward structures are built on tiers, forming a progression ladder that the group ascends together. As a clan accumulates points or completes quests, it levels up. Each new level provides access to better reward pools or harder quests with increased payouts. Rewards commonly come in two forms. There’s a communal chest opened at a level milestone that all active members divide. Then there are separate contributor rewards determined by your individual point tally within the clan. This double system makes sure both the group’s collective success and your own contribution get rewarded.
