A serious casino needs to provide tools for responsible gaming. Betalice has the standard set: you can set deposit, loss, and wager limits, get session reminders, or self-exclude. You access these in your account settings, and having them is a good thing. But their implementation feels like the casino is just going through the motions. We didn’t see any proactive messages or links to Canadian support groups like the Responsible Gambling Council. The player has to locate and activate every tool. The features exist, but Betalice could do a lot more to encourage their use and direct Canadian players toward local help.
