Identity Verification (POI)
You need an official, government-issued photo ID that’s still in date. The most straightforward options are a UK driving licence (full or provisional) or your passport. The document must show your full name, date of birth, a recent photo, and your signature. When photographing or scanning it, frame all four corners and make sure every word is simple to read. Be careful of light glare or shadows covering any details.
