How do Time-Out and Self-Exclusion differ?
A Time-Out is a short, temporary pause. It can last from 24 hours up to several weeks. Your account is suspended, but when the time ends, you can log back in. Self-Exclusion is for the longer term, a minimum of six months. Your account is fully shut down, and you cannot reverse the decision until the term finishes. We also take steps to try and prevent new registrations during this period.
